Stress is a feeling of emotional or physical tension. It can come from any event or thought that makes you feel frustrated, angry, unhappiness, or nervous. Everyone experience stress, which can be triggered by job loss or money etc.

Eat And Drink to Enhance Your Body

Trying to reduce your stress by taking excess alcohol or eating too much may seem too work in a moment, but actually it may add to the stress in the long run. Excess caffeine such as tea, coffee, chocolate and energy drink can compound the effects of stress. While taking a healthy balanced diet helps to combat the stress.

Exercise Regularly

Exercise is one of the most proven practical habits of living healthy. It might seem contradictory but putting physical stress on your body during exercise can relieve mental stress. Consider aerobic exercise, strengthening with weights, or movement activities like yoga.

The benefits of exercising can be wanting, all you have to do is to be intentional about it. Exercise is healthy for you because;

Another way to handle stress is to pen things down. Being mindful of what you are worried about and paying attention to what you have accomplished are quite different. As the latter comes with gratitude which may help relieve stress and anxiety thereby maximizing your thoughts on what is positive in your life.
