Your vision is as important as your achievement at the end of day. Your business objective statement serve as a roadmap for directions and the growth of the business.

3. Choose a business a name:

What’s a name for? Business name defines your company, its nature and identity. It’s attracts attention and impression to your customers. Your business name separates you from your competitors.

4. Business logo:

This is used for identification and recognition of your business, it can be in form of symbol or a text name.

5. Identify your target market:

Who is ideal customer? The act of selling is as simple as ABC when you are able to target those who are in need of your products and services.     

6. Describe the type of products or services you offer:

The purpose of a product description is to explain what a product is, its function and why it’s worth purchasing. Start by having a good perspective of your target readers or listeners, and what you want them to gain from your words (make it simple and comprehensive).

7. Create awareness:

A brand awareness is to get customer’s attention, identity and recognition to the kind of business you do. Do not feel less concern about this like most people do, they feel like it imposes responsibility on them. Marketing and sales serves a means of communicator for a business, it’s connects you with people and ensures that your business is known to the public. Your marketing is a means of directing new prospects to your network through the use blogs and other contents like (videos, radio, and webinars). While Sales is a process of turning your new prospects to customers. If you can’t handle this on your own I would advise you get a good marketer or salesman for your business.

9. Market search:

Market research: After you’ve plot out the type of business you want to start up, it is important you run a market research to answer the following questions: Who is demanding for your product or service? Who are your ideal customers? Who will your competitors be? Meanwhile, your ideal customers are those who will benefit from your products while your competitors are other businesses offering a similar product or service to your customers. Conducting a market research might take a lot of time and effort but you are obliged to do this. This act point out your market size, your unique selling proposition (USP), and your opportunity.

10. Test your business idea:

Create a product prototype to test your business idea. Try it on a small scale first (make sure its demanding by the public) and get feedback before proceeding to a bigger scale.
